I remember a while back doing a firmware update for the mug and it was fine. This signals that you have successfully put your Ember Mug into Pair Mode. I had location permission denied for the app so I tried enabling it, but that obviously didn't make the update work, so I set it back to denied. The other one was waiting an hour and trying again. The only support tips I got on ember support were factory resetting it, which I have done more than 5 times already. I also get the error code 262, but when I search it up, I can't find any relevant information about it. It says that there's an update available, but when I start it, the progress bar goes to 26%, then as it switches from saying "validating firmware" to "transferring firmware" the blue light on the mug immediately turns off and on my phone it says the mug disconnected so the update failed.
